BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:

3+ years product or service experience, including delivering or leading software solutions in a complex, fast-paced environment

Experience using Agile methodology, with strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills

Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve solution strategy based on research, data and industry trends

Experience with Jira & Confluence

What you’ll be working on
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting technical delivery and integrations of our enterprise services, including product data service, breed service and single sign-on. This role will focus on cross-team collaboration, requirements gathering, execution, as well as strategy support.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the business strategy needs, the end user needs and distill this into requirements and executions.

Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues

Partner with and serve as a liaison between Product Management, IT, other internal and external partners and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirements, clear communication and delivery expectations.

Partner with the product lead to design business scenarios and use cases
-
Communicate all issues, risks, concerns and status to the management, business partners and other departments in a timely manner

Use product lifecycle and agile methodologies to ensure delivery of well aligned, high value solutions with measurable outcomes

Help monitor business and health metrics on an ongoing basis

Deliver secure, stable, and innovative technical solutions
-
Partner closely with IS/IT and our client’s product teams to ensure consistent technical execution and delivery
-
Champion optimizations in technology and delivery processes that enrich and enable results for enterprise services and it’s customers.

Support data mapping and process documentation for implementations across the brand
-
Identify opportunities for improvement such as gaps in existing functionality, troubleshooting, process automation and driving the development/implementation process
